At this stage we can liaise with you and arrange inspections for all relevant parties. This process will continue until at least one option has been identified.

A commercial lease can leave tenants with little protection with regards to ongoing liabilities.

Our role will include negotiating terms that minimise exposure to the tenant regarding matters such as service charge and dilapidations, protecting you from an open-ended liability.

Fees

Our fee structure is not only geared towards the size of the transaction but takes into account the age and type of company for whom we are representing. The fee is usually a fixed amount agreed prior to the commencement of our instruction, this gives certainty of costs to our client.
